The decoration at Waterfall Cottage was absolutely charming and reminded me of my grandmother's house. It had a cozy and nostalgic feel that made me instantly feel at home. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, perfect for senior people like myself. I appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail in ensuring accessibility for older guests.
I would have liked to see more assistance available for senior people during our stay. While the children working there were friendly and accommodating, I think having someone specifically dedicated to assisting older guests would have made for an even better vacation experience.

I absolutely loved the decoration at Waterfall Cottage. It had a charming and cozy feel, with beautiful furnishings and tasteful colors. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and inviting, making me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The entrances were wide enough for me to navigate with ease, and there were handrails in the bathroom and on the staircase. It made my stay comfortable and safe.
I would have preferred if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

The hotel was beautifully decorated with a charming and cozy atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and had plenty of comfortable seating options for us seniors to relax. I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility for senior people, with easy access ramps and handrails throughout the property. It made navigating around much easier for us.
It would have been even better if there had been more seating options with cushions in the general areas. Such comfortable seating would have provided extra support and comfort for us senior folks during our stay.

Loved the garden and the barbecue facilities, perfect for a chilled evening. Free WiFi is always a plus, especially for catching up on my Netflix binge. Private parking saved me from any hassle, thank goodness.
Towels were offered, but who needs those? I prefer air-drying, it's so trendy these days.
